Integrity Means Always Putting the Client's Interests First
At Prime Logistics Partners, we don't rely solely on post-audits that occur after bills have been paid. We don't cut back bills that shouldn't be cut back just to inflate our own bottom line and make ourselves look good. We don't cut corners using methods like EDI, which only saves money for freight carriers and logistics firms, and costs you more money. We don't do a lot of the things that other firms do because they don't benefit our clients and they don't represent their interests. It's a simple philosophy, but if it doesn't save you money, we don't do it. That's why we partner with you to determine your actual needs instead of shoe-horning you a one-size-fits-all approach to logistics consulting. It might be an old way of doing business, but if it saves you money, it's the right way to do business.
Prime Logistics Partners was founded nearly 30 years by Joseph Giandomenico, then a director of distribution for a multi-national corporation. Frustrated by the corruption and general incompetence of logistics consulting firms, he decided to start his own company, which would be guided by a fundamental belief:
The clients' interests always come first.
Seems simple, doesn't it? Sure, it's a cliché to say that we put our customers first. The difference is that we actually do it. Our competitors often establish relationships with carriers, creating conflicts of interest. They stop putting freight out to bid, favoring their preferred carriers with unnecessarily high rates. They receive kickbacks for being "good customers" and steering your business towards specific carriers. Worse, they often accept higher rates for their smaller customers in exchange for sweetheart deals for their bigger clients.
At Prime Logistics Partners, we form a true partnership with our clients. We never try to take the decisions out of your hand -- instead, we collect as much information as we can, aggressively pursue the best possible rates, and make recommendations to you based on all factors. We warn our clients against hidden costs -- if a carrier has a history of claims against them, it will be a part of our report to you.
At the end of the day, the decision on which carriers to use will be yours and yours alone. We understand that, and we know that our role is to help you make the best decision possible while getting the best rates possible.
